We work with your hired wedding planner in a collaborative approach to ensure a flawless blend of aesthetics and logistics throughout your celebration. Our team of highly skilled designers ensures an always smooth and seamless execution on your wedding day.

OUR PROCESS

HOW IT WORKS

Tell us about your event through our online inquiry form. We'll look over the details and provide an initial proposal to help you feel confident moving forward.

booking

Once you approve of our custom proposal, we'll make it official with a 20% deposit and secure your date in our calendar.

PLANNING + CONSULTATION

We'll work with you or your wedding planner throughout the planning process, making any edits to your order and providing consultation as needed for any floral & decor related decisions.

FINAL DETAILS

One month before your wedding, we'll re-connect virtually or in-person with you and your wedding planner to gather final numbers, settle final payment and present a floral mock-up if desired.

YOUR WEDDING

Your dedicated floral design team will arrive on site in the morning to begin executing your designs, and will not depart until every candle has been lit and every detail of your reception has been styled to perfection.

OUR SIGNATURE LOOK

Our most highly-requested package includes personal flowers, a full ceremony arch or ceremony structure embellishment, aisle flowers, and lush reception table design with candles included for guest counts averaging 100-150. Other popular items include bar treatments, cocktail arrangements and a simple seating chart/escort display.

For this overall look, we recommend budgeting $20,000 - $30,000.

THE PREMIUM EXPERIENCE

For our couples working with a blank canvas venue or looking to create a fully custom look, including tent embellishments, overhead reception structures, multiple installations, or other premium details, this requires a large and highly skilled team of designers and installers.

For this style and scale, as well as guest counts exceeding 200, we recommend a starting budget of $40,000. 

For all of our full-service, custom wedding packages we require a professional full-service wedding planner and a $20,000 minimum floral budget.

Inquire

We take only 10-15 weddings per year, and we carefully select our couples that we feel are the best fit based on size, style, venue, and location.

Are there any hidden fees I should expect?

Any and all fees will be included on your initial proposal, including credit card fees. The setup and delivery fees are based on a percentage of the event subtotal, so those fees may increase accordingly if upgrades or additions are made to your floral order. 

How far do you travel for weddings?

We service most of Southern California, from San Diego to Santa Barbara. Travel fees may apply for weddings outside of the Orange County/Los Angeles area. For destination weddings, please inquire for more information.

Do you take Elopements, Micro Weddings or Single Bouquet Orders?

We do take weekday micro weddings (Tues-Thurs) on a case by case basis, based on our surrounding event schedule. Any weekend event (Fri-Sun) must meet our 20k minimum. Unfortunately we do not take Monday weddings. You may inquire for your micro wedding or elopement as early as 2 months in advance.
